Unable to see SMB shares over IPSec Tunnel using AT&T Business FIber

I am currently running ATT fiber for B2B communication with my sister company. everything seems to be working on the IPSec tunnels except SMB services. Im trying to see shares on the other networks but it isnt working. i can Ping the shares but once i try to view the shares content, it fails.
