Worse Experience Ever
Got the 3G MicroCell. Website instructions say to activate either Home or Business. My acct. is in my company name, but I'm at home, so I clicked Home. Kicked me out of Premier, locked me out for an hour. YET, I could still log into Premier!
Got in later, got to Premier, and there are no directions in Premier as to where to go.
Gave up and asked Customer Service to activate it. Now, ten (10) hours later, I clicked "deactivate" and it said it would deactive immediately. An hour later, Customer Service deactivated it for me.
A 10 hour nightmare. What would you expect from At&T. I worked with them when they introduced Blackberrys....same kinds of horrific problems. Jeez, and they wonder why they get the worst ratings in the industry!
