Access the delivery log in AT&T Business Messaging

We are using AT&T Business Messaging and I’m looking for information on how to tell if my messages are being received. Does anyone know where I can go in the system to see that information?

You can access the delivery log in the AT&T Business Messaging AT&T Business Notification Center. Log in and click on Conversations. Navigate to and click on the message you would like to confirm. Hover over the message and then click on the ellipsis icon to the right and then on See delivery log. The message details display, and you can see the status of the message to confirm that it was “Delivered”.
