When I set up my AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite account, I found a setting for a PIN. I created one but preferred not to use one. Can I remove that from the mobile application? If so, where do I go in the iPhone application to remove it?

We've had a couple of dedicated IP addresses that we've sent email from for years and everything was fine but unfortunately a couple of months ago we were forced to migrate to a couple of new dedicated IP addresses. Since the IP migration we've been receiving blocks when attempting to get business

We have a few AT&T Message Archiving users who are going to be going on leave, and I was asked to deactivate their accounts. Does anyone know where I need to go to make that change?

This is still ongoing Everyday we mail the abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net then they whitelist, but when we mails @bellsouth.net a different IP gets blocked again and they unable to send, then we have to mail abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net again these are the IP's that got blocked so far 40.107.117.5040
