Assistance unblocking our range of dedicated email sending IPs
Hi we have recently transitioned to new cloud based email sending servers with private dedicated IP addresses. Since doing this, our emails have been getting bounced for certain AT&T domains. We emailed the errors to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net and got a response on March 13th stating that the IP range would be removed within 24 to 48 hours. It's been 8 days and we are still seeing our IPs blocked. Could we get an update on the status of this request?
