Change the Message Retention settings in AT&T Landline Texting

My boss advised me that we would be implementing a new set of rules around how long we store data. This change includes messages that we send back and forth with AT&T Landline Texting. Is there a way to set an expiration on messages?

Yes, by changing the Message Retention settings in AT&T Landline Texting the system automatically deletes messages after a certain amount of times. To access the settings, click on the drop-down arrow to the right of your name at the top right of the page, and then click on “Settings”. Your account information displays and you can click on your account’s tab to access the settings. See our tutorial “Changing the Message Retention setting using the AT&T Landline Texting Admin Console” for more information.
