Changing a user to an active status in the AT&T Landline Texting

We had a worker go on leave for a bit, and my co-worker deactivated their AT&T Landline Texting account while they were out. The worker had returned, and I’m not sure how to re-activate them in the system. Does anyone know where I can go to do that?

You will need to change the AT&T Landline Texting user’s status to “Active”. To do so, log into the system and click on AT&T Landline Texting at the top left of the homepage. Click on Settings. Click on the Users tab in the settings dialogue. The user list display and you can click on the desired user’s name. See at our tutorial “Changing a user to an active status in the AT&T Landline Texting web application” for more information.
