Deactivate a user in AT&T Landline Texting
We have a worker that is going on leave, and I want to ensure the security of my system by deactivating their account while they are out. Where do I go to do that?

Users can be set to inactive by clicking the AT&T Landline Texting dropdown and clicking on Settings. Take a look at our tutorial “Changing a user to an inactive status in the AT&T Landline Texting web application” for step-by-step instructions on changing your user’s status.
