AT&T Business VOIP Does Not Support Voicemail?
Good Morning. I have AT&T Business VOIP for my business, and wanted to set up voicemail. I'm being told by phone customer service that AT&T does not support or offer voicemail for Business VOIP, and I must contact a "PBX vendor" to have additional equipment installed at my business.
Is this accurate? I can find next to no information online, and I placed more than 15 calls with AT&T, and was transferred a minimum of 3 times each call, all around the World, and AT&T's various entities. I was even told that my phone number is not registered to AT&T, and I am not a customer of yours.. even though I pay 3 AT&T bills every month, for various services.
Suffice to say, I don't know if I'm getting accurate information from phone support, as they contradict a number of online documents from AT&T. I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me.
