Edit a policy’s capped group data limit in the AccessMyLAN web portal

When our AccessMyLAN account was set up, we left the default values for our data group policies. I need to make some adjustments to the limits. Does anyone know where I need to go to make changes?

You can edit your capped group data limit in AccessMyLAN by logging into the system and then clicking on Data Control and then on Group Plans in the menu that populates. The configured data plans display, and you can click on the box for the desired plan. The data plan’s details display. Click on the Advanced Options box to adjust the data limits. See our tutorial “Edit a policy’s capped group data limit in the AccessMyLAN web portal” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
