Using N-way calls in AT&T Collaborate™
I’m looking to have a conference call with a few co-workers, and I’m not sure if AT&T Collaborate™ includes that type of feature. Does anyone know it supports conference calls?

Yes, if your company has purchased the Enhanced Voice features in AT&T Collaborate™ it includes a feature called “N-way calls” which allows you to join 4 – 15 people in a conference call. To configure the feature, open the receptionist web console by clicking on “Open Receptionists Console” in the “Collaborate services overview” section. Take a look at our tutorial “Manage calls with the Receptionist Web Console in AT&T Collaborate” for step-by-step instructions.
