Hello,
I need to cancel my service as well. My business is shutting down. I don't have time to wait on hold to cancel service. Had to hang up after waiting 20 minutes. That is an unacceptable wait time. I get you want to try and keep customers. However if we want to cancel service we want to cancel service not get the run around of you trying to keep us. If only canceling service was as easy as signing up.
