5 months I have been trying to get someone to answer my questions no one will call me they send me an email tell me they have to ship me to another department does anyone know how to actually talk to somebody that will help other than transfer you somewhere else.

Transferring number from a Business Account
I am trying to transfer my number from my ATT business account to mint mobile. I know business accounts don’t give you port pins, so I tried transferring the number to an individual ATT account first, and it said the phone number couldn’t transfer. The phone is completely paid off and unlocked.&
