Fan Pin

I’ve been unable to get a hold of anyone and still need a fan pin to get onto the account. I have been unable to set up my bill or account to even look. I’m currently now dealing with a creative hacker once again with issues on a brand new cell phone. Any advice or a general pin that I can change would be helpful as my account is useless without and feel scammed as it’s taken much effort with my 14 days just expiring with the same or more issues than the last carrier. I too don’t see the dark icon to sign in as before. I want to make sure I’m the only one on my account as well as I’m not feeling comfortable with the service. Thanks.
