FAN pin
I'm using the tablet plan on a Samsung Tab 2.
I need a FAN pin to manage my account.
The Tab 2 apps are so old I can't get text and it's not an actual phone.
The updated text app says it won't work on my device.
I can't receive a phone call on the device, I can't receive texts on the device, I still need the pin.
I have verified actual phone number and email addresses.
Why can't I get the pin sent to my verified devices?

I guess I'm forgotten. I responded to the Direct Message several days ago but that's been the end of the 'exchange'.
A message asking for more information was waiting there, I replied with the information, and I'm still waiting for a response.
If anyone else can offer assistance, I still need a way to get the pin.
