FAN pin

It's been almost two months, and I still haven't received a bill in the mail. I visited multiple stores to inquire about why I can't access my business wireless account or sign in to view it. They informed me that I was required to have a FAN pin, but I never received one. Despite contacting multiple numbers, I haven't received any assistance.
