How do I setup a FAN PIN
I'm trying to create a myAT&T for business account for my recently created account, and it's asking me for a FAN PIN, stating that should have been emailed to me within 24 hours of creating the account.
I called the support number which created a new account PIN, not a new FAN pin. How then, does one create a FAN PIN?

@ATTBusinessForums - Thank you, I responded via Direct Message yesterday (including the data requested) and have seen no response. Is there another avenue I can utilize to achieve resolution?
