myAT&T for Business online account problems, device/plan information incorrect, verfication emails not being sent

The myAT&T for Business online account management system is showing my device as Unlock Eligible. The device was Unlocked when I brought it to AT&T Business. This device has been fully paid for and has been unlocked for several years. What can be done to remove the device lock? 

The online system is also showing I have Installment details on the device. As stated above, I brought the device to AT&T already paid for and unlocked and no Installment plan was ever associated with this device. 

Can my device information be updated with the correct information?

The system is displaying the wrong wireless plan (AT&T Business Unlimited Your Way) when I actually have AT&T Business Unlimited Elite.

I have also not received any verification emails today (09/04/2023) after attempting to change my billing email.

Does anybody have any solutions to these problems?

What can be done to fix these problems?

I called into AT&T business support for this.

They were able to resolve and/or provide explanations for issues listed above.
