Need help confirming AT&T provides internet to a new development location

Good afternoon, 

I am trying to confirm that AT&T can provide internet service at a new restaurant location in Concord, NC. 

It is a commercial development that is about to begin construction in the next month or two. We are hoping to speak with an engineer in the area once we can confirm service, so that we can make sure there are no potential issues.
