Prodigy email account - 2nd time unable to access

Have spent hours again with ATT 800 number after having ATT correct this same problem several months ago and no-one can assist this time. I cannot access my prodigy account. Resetting the password by the tech support team didn't work 800-388-2020 no help at all and 866-294-3464 says a minimum of $49 for me to get access to my own email. Something about the agreement between Yahoo and ATT is causing problems and when I put in my prodigy address and password on the ATT.net site, it just comes back with the user ID and password reset screen which takes me into an endless loop. Tonight it sent me to att.com where there is no email. Please help! I need to get to my email - many critical notifications I am missing.

On top of this you are forcing me to select a forum and this email service has NOTHING to do with your TV, internet or phone services!!!!! I selected business below just to pick something so this would post. This is beyond horrible service.
