Unable to create online account for Business Analog Lines
I am trying to gain access to our business account for online and I am not successful. This is because they are trying to call the phone number on file to give a verification code. The number(s) we have on file are for the analog lines for Fire & Security, so technically it is not calling an actual phone line. I have tried chatting online and calling a few numbers, is it possible that you can assist me with creating this online account so we can keep track of this account. Is there any way around this?

If the phone numbers on file are for analog lines and you are unable to receive verification codes, you could try providing alternative documentation or forms of verification to prove your identity. This could include providing legal documents related to your business or any other forms of identification they might accept.
