Hello can you help me with getting my fan pin for my business account?

Hi, I am unable to log in to AT&T Premier. I have a FAN and an FAN PIN but they do not seem to be working. When I called in, support could not assist me. How can I get some assistance? 

I never received a fan pin! I am trying to look at my wireless bill but I can't because I do not have a fan pin

I am currently unable to find my fan pin which was supposed to be emailed to me and my wife. How do I get it?

Site is being blocked. I see in web policy filters there is a custom filter with whitelist enabled. I can't seem to find where i add URL's to the whitelist. Thank you

I cannot place an order through the Premier website. Every time I try to order an upgrade, after a few steps it pops up technical difficulties and then redirects me back to home page to start over.  But, it continues to do the same thing.  Then I have to call and speak to customer service
