Access to Invoices Online

Hello,

 

I need access to a set of accounts for company- I have been asking for this access for several months.  I need access immediately.  This experience has not been very businesslike.

 

If you cannot provide this access please respond with the reasoning why it will not be granted so I can provide this to my management staff and accounting department.

I have been having the same issues as well.  17 phones calls to customer service, holding for hours on end only to be hung up on and never, and I say never a call back.  I finally posted on a board like this and got a call from an English speaking women who gave me her direct line to get help.  Well I did that on Friday 10/14/22 and was told she would look into the issue, but the digital department was having problems and it would be 2-4 hours to get assistance (I was told this on other phone calls to them as well) but she would call me back on Monday 10/17/22.  I was so hopeful but guess what no call back.  When I talked to her she told me I needed to clear my browser history and cache which I did and that did not work. I also tried 2 different browsers, no luck.  This is ridiculous.  Not to mention we are on auto-pay so they really don't care because they will be paid no matter what.  Since I can't get into my account I cannot cancel the auto-pay.

Tried meeting on Direct messenger as suggested and was on there for over a hour with no response.  It is not any different then calling AT&T.

Terri, I apologize I did not return your call. I submitted a ticket and, I am waiting to hear back. The system shows you are on the MyAtt platform but still suggesting you log into premier. We are wait for I.T to clear the issue. Kathy

There have already been 2 tickets previously submitted for this and nothing ever happened.  I never got a call, email or anything.  This needs to accelerated to high priority.  It has already been over 2-1/2 months that we have not been able to access our account, yet you keep taking our autopay which I cannot stop because I can't log into our account.  With more calls and emails than I can count.
