I am looking for a contact number for the AT&T Construction/ Engineering Department. I have two (2) telephone poles that need to be removed for a new construction project.

Hello,
I live in Billings, Montana and have a construction project going on. I need to talk to someone about figuring out if the existing lines are AT&T so we don't cut them in the process an interrupt any service. Also need to talk about installing new lines under ground.
Thanks,
Trenton Parks

I'm hoping someone can help me. Four years ago, we built a small guest house on our property in Jennings, LA, which we have mainly used for weekends and holidays until now. For internet, we've used our cellphones as mobile hot spots. However, we will soon move into the small house on a full-time basis while building another larger home on the property and will need reliable high speed internet. When I attempt to get help talking with AT&T 1-800 numbers, I'm told that there is no service at this address, and I tell them that there has never been a residence at this address before, so of course there would be no service yet.
Two of my relatives live less than 100 yards behind us and have AT&T land lines and internet, so I know service is available in the very near vicinity.
How do we go about speaking with someone (without having to go through the never-ending phone trees on the 1-800 numbers) who can help us with getting service brought onto our property for the existing small house and the upcoming new construction of the larger home?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Emily11--
The person to whom you referred my problem (Muriel, "Social Media Manager") sent me an email requesting the exact address of the property to which I am attempting to secure internet service. I responded with the information she requested. Today, I received another email from her with a link to follow to secure services online. Unfortunately, this link brought me to the same place that I have been many times (ordering services online) where my address is not recognized. So I am back at square one with my problem. I was so hopeful when I first heard from Muriel that she would be the beginning to the solution to my problem.
Please help! A phone number would be so welcome for someone who could **definitely** help me instead of email "tag."
Thanks!

Hello,
I am trying to get service at a new development I own in San Jose, CA. We already have an AT&T box on our site which has a 25 pair cable inside it; however, when we call the AT&T number, they say they cannot active service since they cannot locate our address in their system. We were assigned a USPS address through the CIty of San Jose in 2013, but it still has not shown up in AT&T's system.
Would you be able to help me activate service?
Thank you in advance!
