ATT 1st Net crooked business practices

I am a paramedic and took the bait for ATT 1st Net in summer of 2019. It was AWFUL. No service, dropped calls and screwed up my iPhone so bad their own people couldn't figure out how to unlink it so they just had to replace it. How do you get reimbursement for a tow through roadside?
